Surprise! Me at 6. 😂 Equal parts shy about photos and so dang proud of my costume.

Though the hair wasn't real (I wish!), the umbrella was. ☂️ Oh, and my love of color. Also real.

Halloween was one of my all-time favorite days as a kid.

These days, I'm not quite as Halloween-obsessed, but I'm forever a fan of pumpkins, color-galore, holidays, making ordinary days feel a little holiday-adjacent whenever possible 🥳, and dressing up (these days, a touch less clown-y).

And I still believe home should feel like the sweetest place to return to (after trick-or-treating … oops, I mean work). 🍰
